DID YOU KNOW...
that
there are many money-saving incentives available from local utility
companies as well as tax credits from the State of Oregon?
To be eligible you, as the homeowner, must simply purchase a
qualifying heating or air conditioning system and have it installed by a qualified
contractor.
To earn a qualified classification we must follow any and all requirements set by
these different utility companies and the state. We are required to supply each utility company with a copy
of insurance for liability, auto, and our bond. We have also earned the
necessary
additional certifications in duct sealing, testing and heat pump
diagnostic, which is called Check Me!
For more information and necessary forms, see the links to each web site
below. If you have any questions regarding rebates call our office and ask
for Cindy. |

Save on utility and repair bills by
changing your filter on a regular basis.
The rule of thumb is 1” per month. So, if you have a 2’ filter
you should change it every 2 months, 4” every 4 months and so on. We
highly recommend using a pleated filter and stock all sizes at our
office. Keeping your filter clean is an easy but important part of
your furnace maintenance.
Avoid crisis problems and added expense
Have your heating and/or air conditioning system serviced once every 12
months. |
